Miss to Mrs - A Guide to Changing Your Name

One of the most romantic aspects of a wedding for many brides-to-be is taking the name of their significant other. However, the actual process is less rom-com and more administrative checklist.

There’s no one way to go about this. Some people decide to go their own way and double barrel their names while others combine surnames to create one of their own. These options allow for a touch more creativity but often require more legwork to get finalised.

Whichever way you choose to go, it’s important to know what the essentials are so you’re sorted out legally, personally and professionally once the nuptials are over.
