For some, January can be a difficult month to get into following the Christmas and New Year excitement. Here we offer some inspiration to keep those winter blues at bay...
1. Get Outside & Exercise
When we exercise our bodies release endorphins which triggers a positive feeling in the body. The natural light also boosts our mood so what better way to beat the winter blues than combining the two? Fell running in the lakes is extremely popular. Afterwards, return to our Spa and sooth those aching legs.
2. Eat Healthy
Christmas is over for another year and we're now ready for the January detox. Put a spring back in your step and fight the post festive fatigue with some healthy, energy-boosting foods.
3. Treat Yourself
It's important to treat yourself once in a while. Take a dreamy bubble bath or book a Spa therapy and relax in peace for a couple of hours - both your mind and body will be left feeling more energised.
4. Plan a Vacation
Start the New Year by writing a list of all the destinations you wish to visit this year. Researching and planning a trip can be very exciting and means you have something to look forward to!
