Germaine de Capuccini is a world leading skincare specialist, continuing to succeed in the industry across 90 countries (they also provided the goodie bags at the National Television Awards this year)!
We would like to recognise an amazing accomplishment by two of our Spa Therapists who have been on the UK leader board for sales of Germaine De Cappuccini products over the summer!
A huge congratulations and thank you to Timmy Toth and Annabel Smith for their contribution to the continued success of the Spa Team.
We want to say a huge thank you to each and everyone of you for your commitment and hard work over the summer, we know it has been tough period. This is being recognised across the hotel in all departments, which your Manager will tell you more about soon. We can also confirm that the Employee Party will be going ahead in January! More details will follow in the coming months.
Do you know a doer, believer or dreamer?
There continues to be a skills shortage in the hospitality industry and we are working hard to, not only attract talent to our team, but strengthen the employee experience for all. We do not hold a sponsor license, due to the majority of available roles not meeting the skilled worker visa requirements. The main routes to employment are;
- British or Irish Citizenship
- Pre or Settled Status under the EU settlement scheme
- Youth Mobility Visa (Main countries include Australia, New Zealand and Canada)
- Graduate Visa (Can work for 2 years following study visa)
Three ways you can help:
The Employee Recommendation Scheme pays you *£500 for any successful applicant you refer.
*Dependent on their length of service.
